季雪琦先生目前就职于迪士尼乐园餐厅主厨,1999年11月开始在洲际酒店从事厨师行业,之后分别在多家国际知名五星级酒店工作,曾在洲际酒店集团、喜达屋酒店、丽笙酒店、凯宾斯基酒店工作过,积累了多年的工作经历和丰富的实践工作,致力于培养更多的优秀青年加入厨师团队。 带领厨师团队多次参加过国内和国际烹饪比赛并取得了非常优异的,2019年在FHC国际西餐烹饪比赛担任评委。

Roxy Ji is currently working as a chef in Disneyland restaurant. He started his career as a chef in Intercontinental Hotel in November 1999, and has since worked in several internationally renowned five-star hotels, including Starwood Hotel radisson Blu Hotel in INTERCONTINENTAL Hotels Group Having worked in Kempinski Hotel, he has accumulated many years of work experience and rich practical work, and is committed to cultivating more outstanding young people to join the chef team

Led the chef team to participate in many domestic and international cooking competitions and achieved excellent, In 2019, he served as a judge at FHC International Western Food Cooking Competition
