季雪琦先生目前就职于迪士尼乐园餐厅主厨，1999年11月开始在洲际酒店从事厨师行业，之后分别在多家国际知名五星级酒店工作，曾在洲际酒店集团、喜达屋酒店、丽笙酒店、凯宾斯基酒店工作过，积累了多年的工作经历和丰富的实践工作，致力于培养更多的优秀青年加入厨师团队。 带领厨师团队多次参加过国内和国际烹饪比赛并取得了非常优异的，2019年在FHC国际西餐烹饪比赛担任评委。
