About
Rodrigo Ibáñez is one of the founders of the Colegio Nacional de Chefs Profesionales de México A.C., a non-profit association that seeks to professionalize the practice of gastronomy in Mexico through education, dialogue, and global networking. Since 2012, Rodrigo has participated as Team Manager of the Mexico Culinary Team, representing Mexico in the most prestigious competitions in the world and to date, they have achieved 249 medals, trophies, and special recognitions in competitions including IKA Culinary Olympics 2012, 2016, and 2020, Culinary World Cup 2014 and 2018, and various college and professional competitions around the world. Rodrigo is also a guest speaker for Mexico in several international events, ie EXPO SIAL in Paris and HOTEL EXHIBITION in Bangkok.
