Jihan Sahawneh is a passionate chef that followed her dream and joined the culinary world 10 years ago after finishing her diploma in Culinary Arts in Jordan. Jihan has worked in various hotels in Jordan and UAE including Crowne Plaza Hotel Dead Sea, Millennium Hotel Amman, Lagoon Hotel Amman, Millennium Hotel Amman, Radisson blu Dubai, and Four Seasons Amman. Jihan is now a Culinary Facilitator at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in Amman, Jordan.
