Domenico Maggi is known as an Ambassador for the Mediterranean Diet, Apulian and Italian Cuisine throughout the world. He was a Culinary Lecturer for 40 years at the Istituto Alberghiero “Perotti” in Bari, Italy. Currently, Domenico is Chef/Owner of Truddhi. He is also Executive Chef and Banquet Manager at Tenuta Visconti. Domenico coordinated and led events for the promotion of Apulian and Italian food in many cities: San Francisco C.I.A.; Napa Valley Flavours of the World, Shanghai; Beijing; Boston; Washington, DC; Melbourne; Hong Kong; Anuga, Cologne; Sial Paris; Moscow; Warsaw; Prague; Barcelona; Madrid; San Paolo; London; Abu Dhabi; Hoi An Vietnam; Houston, Texas. World Trade Center, New York; Abergavenny Food Festival Galles and Fruit Logistics Berlin.
