Benny Dong current is Senior Executive Chef of Shanghai Disney Resort. He started his career in Shanghai Hilton Hotel since 1987. He worked in numbers of famous international chain hotels in Shanghai, Chongqing, Taiyuan, Macau and Beijing since then. The rich working experience gave him excellent cooking skills and much passion in culinary work.
He is also a Vice President of China Hospitality Association Western Cuisine Committee; China Cuisine Association Western Cuisine Committee Member: Chairman of Shanghai Restaurant and Cuisine Association Western Cuisine Committee; WorldChefs Continental Judge Hot Kitchen and Culinary Arts.
To be more active in culinary industry, Benny applied and was approved to be a B level judge of WACS (World Association of Cook’s Societies) in 2012. He is also a member of Shanghai Senior Chef Club who always make contributions to young chefs’ development.
